Sometimes see People with Images under their name.

When i browse through the guides and opinions etc. some of the people answering seem to have pokemon listed under their name which are not yet implemented into the game like skarmory. So i wanted to ask if those are just the pictures from other games or if the list of obtainable pokemon is outdated. Ty in advance.

Those are trainer card and you can add any pokemon of your liking there http://www.pokemonreborn.com/cardcreate.html. This is the link but you can find it on the left corner of the page under customize.
