I finished the episode & I want to do some exploring. I don't care so much about Scolipede specifically not being able to learn the TM, I just need to know what pokemon surely can learn through the TM. Fumble Posted July 28, 2016 Share Posted July 28, 2016 It's because Rock Climb is a Gen 4 move and Scolipede is a Gen 5 Pokemon, meaning Scolipede doesn't learn Rock Climb by HM. It only gets it through level up. Just check the Bulbapedia or Serebii page for Rock Climb and you should see everything that can learn it.
