Questions for Areas after finishing EP 15

Hello together,

i recently finished the 15th episode and went out (and back) into the world to catch some missing pokemon. Right now i'm struck with two/three problems:

1. As i traversed through Jasper and Beryl Ward earlier, i found all 5 police officers (i double checked this already). I read that when you actually did, Corey gets ambushed by the police force after defeating the pulse.

That happened in my game. Now i should be able to get a Growlithe at the police station but the chief is not there anymore (after Episode 15). Is this a bug or will this change with the release of episode 16?

2. To get Ralts, i need to blast open the corrupted Pokeball with Blast Powder that only can be obtained in 7th Street. But the entrance building suddenly is empty and i can't get back to 7th Street (and with that i can't reenter the temple to get Litwick). Same question as above.

3. In very old Youtube videos i saw that Munchlax hides in headbuttable trees in Byxbyson Wasteland. What is the chance to actually get him? I did this like 100-200 times and only saw the Pinecone one and the Inkay and a few Unowns.

1. you were supposed to get growlithe earlier in the game, it becomes unavailable after that

2. are you sure you're at the right entrance?

you need magnet powder that's also available in Blackstream Factory

3. munchlax isn't in there anymore, its a trade in Calceon City trade for Wishcash

I'm gonna move this over to On the Hunt, because none of these turned out to be bugs.

It'd be worth checking out the Pokemon Location list to see where you can get all of the pokemon in E15 as a lot have moved since old ones.
