Safe way to transfer Reborn between machines?

I guess this counts as a troubleshoot.

I'm going to be getting a new laptop soon since my current one has been acting up lately, and I wanna know a safe and effective way to preserve my save file and all that without running into any problems. It's a stupid question, but I'd also hate to have something go wrong and start all the way from the beginning.

There shouldn't be any problem with transferring your game.rxdata file (although storing it in a few places would be best just in case you get super unlucky with corruption).

Once you've downloaded the game onto your new computer, play it until you can save. Save once, then replace the save file created with your current one.

I'm also moving this to Reborn city, as it is more of a general question than something that needs fixing.

adding to the above, in case there are issues, that the Game.rxdata file is usually located in your user folder in a subfolder named "saved games"

Just the Game.rxdata file and not the billions of other saves stacked on top?

Yeah, the game.rxdata file is the save one.

The other ones are back up saves that are created in case of corruption.
