I can't find Trapinch

I have read every single article about how there is a house in Chrysolia forest where you trade a mothim for a trapinch. I am here to say that that is simply false (at least in my game lol). No house exists for me. Am I not far enough in the game? I have 7 badges, any help would be great.

I cannot confirm, that you get a trapinch for a mothim, as I didn't test that. But the house in Chrysolia forest only appears once you interact with it in Spinel town.
