After the 8th gym, team Meteor kidnapped Luna(?), I believe I met some dude who told me something then teleported away. I saved it and went away for a long while. Hect Posted September 12, 2016 Share Posted September 12, 2016 Go to the Lapis Ward and ask either Archer or Maxwell for their help, depending on which gang you joined in that little side quest. After that, they'll gladly grant you access to the 7th Street. Well, and once you're there.. ah, no, I won't spoil anything. It's a series of events and at the end of it, you will find a familiar face. Though, it's probably not one of those people that you like.
