Zuiken Posted September 16, 2016 Share Posted September 16, 2016 So I did finally get waterfall and beat Terra as well so I can use it, making me wander around Ametrine mountain trying to find it's various event exclusive pokemon such as Sneasel, Totodile, Lapras and Feebas (caught Feebas). And I managed to end up in the part attached to North Aventurine Woods, basically enabling me to completely bypass the lay off at Agate City and reach Reborn city and wherever else! Though this is pretty damn late, it still opens up a lot of opportunities, so I'm not sure if this is intended or maybe needs to be plugged up until the events at Agate (whatever they are, please don't spoil) are over and we're able to pass through. Also, WHY is Tanzan Lake not diveable yet?! I was really looking to do the sidequest sounding part for of diving it to retrieve for Simon. Reborn City isn't meant to be accessible until the player re-enters Reborn City when the story prompts it. The reason we can't use it in Tanzan Cove is because the player should not be able to re-enter Reborn at this point in time during the story- we just have access to the city because the wait time between episodes is lengthy and cutting off a large portion of the game during development time would really restrict players. Lugruf Posted September 16, 2016 Share Posted September 16, 2016 (edited) The possible exploit was already known. About the dive parts in everything previous to Agate, they're just not mapped. The player is not supposed to have both HM Dive and access to those zones at the same time in ep 15 so they are not done yet, and they'll be implemented in episode 16.
