Hey all you people of the forum. I was just wondering when was the earliest I can get Feebas and possibly the Prism Scale. I am lacking a decent Water-type especially a special attacking one. Milotic would fit the bill pretty well since it is a beast of a special attacker plus its special defense being insane. But, right now I a just beat Noel and was wondering how close can I get a Feebas/Milotic before reaching Charlotte's gym.

Man I can't tell you how satisfying it is to catch a Feebas.

I spend about 2 weeks trying to catch Feebas in Pokemon Emerald and I was just about done with Pokemon in general when I finally did.

you need to get waterfall hm first
