Check the relearner! i only just now started using her but i think i got the key for her at the 2nd part of the railway im so excited, my team is upgraded just with 2 scales woo. Lucky98
Many evolved pokemon learn strong moves at level 1, which is why they are learned via heart scale. Ursaring just happens to learn Hammer Arm at Level
IntSys
Beartic gets ridiculous moves at Level 1. Sheer Cold, Thrash, Superpower, Aqua Jet...just breathtaking.
CMV
If you check a Pokémon's page on Bulbapedia, you can see the moves it can get from the relearner. I believe this includes egg moves in reborn, but not TMs.

DemICE
many fully evolved pokemon have certain moves that they learn at level 1, and the only way to learn them is through relearner. if you wanna get full info on what pokemon learns what moves, all the learnsets can be found at http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Main_Page
Foamy
my magnezone also learnt mirror coat, i cant believe i only found out about these stuff now ;_; And this is one of the many reasons why Magnezone was moved past the Arceus fight. Grimstringer
And this is one of the many reasons why Magnezone was moved past the Arceus fight. isnt his plate dark so he's dark? so no mirror coat? what about destiny bond koffing? shouldnt that be removed too? i just used curse
Foamy
isnt his plate dark so he's dark? so no mirror coat? what about destiny bond koffing? shouldnt that be removed too? i just used curse It's because Magnezone has an auto-win against Arceus (in the form of Sturdy + Mirror Coat) while also being a really, really good Pokémon in its own right. Yeah, you can beat Arceus with gimmicks, but when those one-shot gimmicks can also be incorporated into the set for a Pokémon whose usefulness never diminishes, then it makes the boss fight a little too easy. (Arceus doesn't hold a Dread Plate? It just holds Leftovers?) I Toxic-stalled it to death with a Blissey, hue

The one thing about Ursa is low speed in addition to meh defenses, but in the right situation it can be destructive.
