thedeath245
I'd love to know how people manage to level so many pokemon to capped level. I'm surprisingly under-level as of right now. I just beat Charlotte and my pokemon are only around 61-62 on 75 cap. And I only use 4 main pokes ( 2 support poke at lvl 46-47). Is there any efficient way to level up? Grand Hall used to be my go-to place but it's off limit until Ciel. The Rainbow challenge is a bit of a hassle for me. Hexagoen
In pokemon reborn, If i remember correctly, there really isnt a good way to level up. Just level up under leveled mons with the trainers, or just use the trainers in the grand hall (even though that is kinda tedious to utilize effectively) Just stick with under a dozen pokemon you mainly use (too many, and you cant level them up effectively) and you'll be fine. Plus, there is always the traditional very tedious way of just fighting the wild pokemon, but i mean, its not as bad as HGSS. Good luck. Shinoda Yagami
once you're locked into agate city you can repeatedly fight clown Indra daily for shards, exp and money. Its only available post E15 though so update your game version if you dont have him yet. He stands in front of the circus tent

WanderingCorvus
At a certain point in the game (I think after the 3rd gym, but don't quote me on that) trainers show up within the Grand Hall that you can repeatedly battle. Each day has a different rotation of trainers, and I've been able to raise Pokemon from level 1 to the current level cap (75) in the span of an hour/hour and a half. Its a grind, but you get a decent cash payout and quick and easy experience.
Tartar
I didn't really bother leveling and was therefore underleveled throughout the whole game. My team was slightly below level 70 at the time when I completed the game and the level cap was 75. Global Mods Ice Cream Sand Witch Posted October 17, 2016 Global Mods Share Posted October 17, 2016 I've been overleveled since before Julia, since I didn't even have a complete team until E15. I had one Pokemon up to the Jasper Ward, then 2 Pokemon up until around Serra, then I had 4 all the way through E14. My team is in the mid-80s. DemICE
before charlotte there was a very good chance to grind up everything to 70's. When you teamed up with Aya and went into the mountain. Wild pokemon there give good exp, and you can fight repeatedly groups of two since your team is healed after every battle.
Grimstringer
i dont feel like you need to go to cap,it's more like challenge/difficulty thing for me, grinding is the worst ( i did 2-3 hours to get thick club...at least the one holding it was shiny!) NickCrash
Since you are underleveled, battle Indra, get all the exp you can, and lose to him if you must. After a while, he will award you that much poke$ that not only will you cover up all lost money from constant losses to him, but you will also gain enough to buy the staircase, and all the items once you get back in the city. Besides, on certain days, the ice-cream vendor in Agate will be selling Blue Moon Ice Cream, at a reasonable price. If you have battled Indra enough and got the money, you could make good use of it. I personally bought like 20 of them, just in case. Don't waste your time on wild pokemon. They give little to no experience, plus it takes too long between battles. Limit Seeker
Level up with the clown as suggested by everyone else is the best way although I agree it is annoying. Beware, unless your Pokemon is ev/iv prepped, you are in for pain trip. The best way to abuse the clown is by using exp share so even if your pokemon died, the exp will not be waste. All sets mostly are competitive and if left unattended, can swept your team unless if you pay attention fully throught thr battle. Afterward, when E16 come, use the money to buy anything including Rare Candy to level up faster and the shards for whatever you want. The value of the clown is supringly high with average of 4000+ Exp per battle, 3000+ pokedollar , and free shard which can net you advantage. Also, have your F12 ready cause with the current low level, you will restart alot against him. On the end, I trained 15 Pokemon against him so it just take patience. I hope it helps
