thedynamikone
I noticed there isn't much discussions going on here about Rockstar Games, Not sure if it's because nobody plays them, or if nobody has thought to make a thread for them. Either way, there is one now! I'm a pretty seasoned GTA Veteran to be honest, From the Ps1 releases to the current GTAV title, It's probably the game i'm most good at out of all the ones i play, Online i have a total accumulated rank of 430, Split over 3 accounts (on 2 different Generations of consoles). My current being rank 65 (i think, on XB1) be nice to know if there are any other GTA players here. Red Dead Redemption is another game i'd like to bring up, Does anybody still play it? I'm immensely addicted to Undead Nightmare, and have been since it's release, not sure why, i just like to hog tie zombies. Plus me and Death are a great team! I'm super psyched about RDR2 getting a teaser image, i can't wait for the trailer and i hope it's VR and 4k graphics, that would be the icing on the cake of an amazing franchise! My least fav Rockstar game would probably have to be L.A Noire, For the simple fact it did not live up to expectation at all, Not like classic first releases by Rockstar such as Midnight Club, Bully (or Canis Canem Edit, for those who remember it as that) and Red Dead Revolver. What is your Favourite and least favourite Rockstar Title?
NickCrash
LA Noire had its moments and certainly was not a bad game. It was disappointing compared to the other games these people have made. GTA has been one of the first games I ever played, and the open world San Andreas gave me was enough to keep me entertained for days. I always wanted to play Red Dead Redemption but never had the chance. Do you think it would be a good experience to run it on my laptop now? thedynamikone
I think with L.A Noire it was mostly how awesome the trailers looked, compared to how the gameplay actually was, as a game it was great of course, but as a franchise, they could have done more to launch it. Have you played the remastered version of San Andreas? it's quite comical and extremely nostalgic. Yeah definitely, your laptop should be able to handle the game engine, I don't think online servers run for it anymore, however it really doesn't matter, I'd strongly reccomend getting the DLC packs too, just for the added awesomeness.
