Cool, what are you studying? I'm applying to college this year so how is it? :D

Applying to college at 16? That's rather young, or maybe your country's education system just works that way...?

Some countries start early and include 1 or 2 introductory years of general education. USA has a mixed program, if I remember correctly, in which you pick subjects of general interest and have to pick certain ones that constitute a "major" study which will be your bachelors in the end. Other countries have you in high school till 18, and then they get straight to the point when you either get exams and enter, or simply send an application (+/- an interview) to get accepted.

That said, I myself am in my 4th year of uni, and still have way to go.

You and me both buddy, you and me both...

I'm studying English here at my university, by haven't really chosen a site to focus on. I'd love to be a writer, but I also want to make money, so there's that. I may or may not be getting a Communications minor too, so there's that. Among other things, I still don't have a part time job, which is problematic.

Technically this topic was already addressed in a previous thread (http://www.pokemonreborn.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=22100) but sure, why not.

I'm doing two courses at once: A college course in economics and stats for a degree and a Chartered Accountancy course for further professional qualification. The latter entails me working with a firm as an articled student (for now, until I finish my final exam in two years) where I am part of an audit and tax assessment team. This is my living for now, as a student, though I am not dependent on the stipend I receive there.
