Snivy neutral nature with Contrary if legal. Issue is, my file is messed up. Going to delete 15 and redownload it. Many thanks, everyone! But yea, there are options available: Request-A-Mon Thread! (Pokemon Reborn Savefiles Only) if you're doing a custom playthrough with a theme of some sort or Reborn Trading Thread if you're looking to trade for it.
