How to include Pokemon sprites in your post?

I'm trying to post my current Reborn team, but I don't know how to post Pokemon sprites (if there is an easy way to do so inside the post creator). If there's any way to do this, let me know.

What I usually do to post any Pokemon sprites is first to go there to obtain sprites first :

http://www.pokestadium.com/tools/sprites

Here you can enter the Pokemon's name to obtain the sprites, and when you find one you would like to use :

-You Right click

-Click on "Copy this image adress" (or whatever it is in English, my computer is in another language, Lol)

-Back to where you want to post, click on "Image" (Middle of the second row in the "Coding section of the post", shape like, conveniently, an image).

-Then paste the link you copied earlier and click on Ok.

And there it is, you have your sprite in your post like this :

That should do the trick.

But if you want a direct way, I don't think you can directly do this intra-forum, you'll need external links.
