I use Windows' volume mixer for that. If you right click in the volume icon of your computer there's an option that says "Open volume mixer". This is a tool that lets you control the volume of each individual application. So, you can just take Pokemon Reborn amd set its volume to 0 from there.

Alternatively, pressing F1 with the game open will bring up a menu with which you can turn off music and/or the game sounds individually, if you still want to hear sounds but not the music.
