jnsvda
Hi all. I hope this is the right place to post this? Thought if someone would know it'd be here! MY QUESTION: Is there a way to play DS games and onwards (like Omega Ruby or XY) on a computer (I'm on a Mac myself)?? I'd love to try these games but it's just not worth buying a DS for trying these games. Thanks in advance!
Dark Desire
You can emulate all but the 3D pokemon games (XY/ORAS) since a working 3ds emulator does not exist and probably will never; if you want to know how, google can solve that for you. Phi-Bi
You could emulate Gen IV and V with some emulators, such as no$gba and desmume. For 3ds games, currently the only emulator available in development is citra. Apparently, Pokemon Sun/Moon is playable with citra, but you need pc with good spec for that. Dragon116
TBH, even the DS Emulator is kinda laggy. GBA and GBC run smoothly from my experience. Shoutout to Wario Land
Aurorain
The DS emulator DeSmume is sometimes laggy, but it's fully functional. Gameboy - GBA emulator Visual Boy Advance works incredibly well, and there's currently a 3DS emulator called Citra in the works. It's nowhere near being released as of yet though, and won't be for probably a long time but it was shown running X/Y, so that's something. jnsvda
Thanks for the replies I already know about the GBA emulators and they work just fine for me! But like you guys said, my ds emu is quite laggy. Well nothing to about it I guess
