You take in some breathes and hang in there.

Also, go to sleep. Sleep fixes a lot of things.

Whatever overwhelms you, people here can help you understand.

But you have be ready to understand yourself.

Like what you think it means to 'whore yourself online".

Some days you’ll have setbacks, but just know that tomorrow is a new day with new possibilities.

every1 gets scared/depressed or backed against a wall at some point and dont know what to do the best solution is mostly to relax and eat some healty food

the first thing u gotta do is look out for yourself you have to hang in there

we are here for you just take your time
Talking to someone explaining everything that happend will take courage at some point but it will help you release the tension that is in your mind building up and giving mental stress just talk to people most of the times u will see that u can find the anwsers yourself and if not the person u talked with will have an anwser to help you out
you are not alone we are here for you

Keep crying for a bit; crying is your body's way to get rid of the chemicals floating around in your brain that causes you to feel stressed; then try and sleep for a bit; it should help clear your head; we are all here for you... In a sense; right now we're all just feeling a bit... Worried.

So you were attacked, and you mentioned something about perverts; have you called the police?

A member of your family wants to whore herself online; that is a very serious problem, but it sounds a little... Out of your league; does the rest of your family know? And can they help convince her otherwise?

Remember that you are never alone; it might feel that way right now, but you can't do everything by yourself?

I'm not really sure about any of this myself.... But, remember that this place is an online community; at most we can give some tentative context blind advice, and listen to your problems.

I don't really have much to say, but I think there's a saying that goes something like "When your back's against the wall, nothing can sneak behind you"? Or something like that.

It's alright to be scared, everyone deals with different problems differently; I just hope that you can find an outcome that's best for you....

I don't have experience handling these situations and giving my opinion, but if you'd like to talk about it, I'm sure everyone here will understand and try to help you.

Just admitting you're unqualified to give any real assistance is already a greater display of maturity than anything else.

Seek therapy. No one here can treat you, we can only listen. Advice is great and everyone can empathize to feeling backed against a wall or that there's no way out - And you'll find one or one thousand people willing to listen to you vent about that.

That ultimately does not, however, replace actual therapy.

If you can't undergo therapy at the current moment for any reason, the website "7 cups of tea" can greatly assist by providing free therapy online. This website has actual trained individuals whose job is to understand and help with any life issues and are more qualified to comment on this than the great majority of this community will ever be.

I'm sorry if I seem too cynical in my statements, but I've found that these happen way too often, and way too often misinformation is given instead of actually encouraging the person to seek help.

While this is still not the case and this community is generally being as cool and understanding as it usually is, I figure I'd drop this early on in this thread before they show up.

Take care of yourself.

Cry as much as you need and for as long as you need to, its a release, your bodies way of releasing emotions.

I don't have any experience in what you are personally going through, but I am battling depression and anxiety myself, any time of day or night you need to vent, rant, cry, or just get stuff off your chest, PM me.

Please don't struggle on your own, seek help, if you are to scared to seek out the police your local doctors surgery can do it all, and keep you out of it all, they will also do everything within their power to help, including someone to talk to, or any other route necessary.

Please, please, don't feel like you have to go through it alone

O_o I seem you told me this a few months ago:

From the second you know you're not qualified you should not be giving any advice to begin with.

But whatever...

@OpalWardMusicFan, you should listen to Kurotsune, xe's pretty knowledge about psychology and is probably the most qualified outside of Ame herself with such matters as this.

Although I am a mental health counselor, let's not overestimate the qualifications of that title. I am not a licensed therapist. And even if I were, there is a handful of reasons that I support finding a local counselor anyway.

But I understand that is not always practical-- in terms of finances, life situation, family support (or lack thereof)... so on. That's why we're here.

We can have your back. Support can be more valuable than advice.

For now, just breathe. Find somewhere safe, and focus only the present moment. Tactile sensations are really good for that. Trace a nail gently along your side, play with your hair or jewelry if you have it, or find something soft to snuggle-- and focus only on that... that kind of thing works well for me at least. It's almost like meditation; just keep your mind on the sensation.

If you feel up to it, tell us how you're doing. I think everyone who's posted here and a few more too would like to know. You have a place here.

I'm not a therapist either so I can't say that much.

But if you need something from someone I'm pretty sure the kind people here will at least hear you out of it would make you feel better.

If it's a help you can say even some stuff to me.

Take care.
