yeah i just figured it out, you have to just go up to them and press A in a certain order

If you have completed the side-quest and gotten into the locked room in the sanctum look at the statues order then check the books in that same order.

if i remember correctly, its in the top floor of the devon co building

 

be careful when you go in though...

bring ground types cause only they will survive the floor shocks and theres a battle waiting at the end
