The class inf is for a house (somewhere near corner of 2nd st and black steam factory) in peridot and the sanctum place can be opened by just following your current side quest.

That wasnt even a real fight but yet again "R key" it sounds a little familiar but i didnt get anywhere with, tried it in a few lock places but still no where.
