Well, just try to push the pieces of tube to open a way out... or if you can't do that, try an Escape Rope or a Pokemon with Dig or Teleport.

How do you continue the story without reading Titania's diary? I tried interacting with it then selecting "No" when it asked whether I wanted to read it or not, but she still said I was lying when I told her I didn't read it and I don't want that to happen

There is one in each of these wards: Lapis, Beryl, Peridot and Obsidia, around grassy areas.

And do I really have to interact with her diary to continue the story? Because you lose 2 points by reading it and I know there's a way to continue by not reading it, is that way simply adding a "Yes or No" option when you interact with it? I really hope there's another way.

Somwhere near northeast of apophyllbeach, you can find a patch of sand that will lead you to the f diving spot.

I think your best bet with learning how Titania's diary works in E16 is to make a thread about it (if there is none made yet). Don't fret too much, it's not that much of a spoiler, since it's previous episode content. Burying it here among the new content questions won't help it be as visible and... I haven't played that part in E16. Sorry

Well, surf round and round and you're bound to find the sunken F street. Actually there's two of them, the key belongs to Fairview. Try approaching the Ninja'd

Did you fight the opposing gang leader in one of the two 7th Street caves? That's from Luna's episode but well, you have to do it to advance the gangs
