Nova Posted December 6, 2016 Share Posted December 6, 2016 With the advent of E16 and its online functionalities, Wonderlockes are finally possible in-game! Here are the rules I would use: You may only catch the first Pokemon you encounter in each new area you explore. Additionally, you can get 1 event Pokemon in the area. The Nuzlocke Guidelines are a helpful guide for what areas to use for this distinction. Whenever you obtain a new Pokémon, you must wonder trade it off for a random new Pokémon. If the new Pokémon is a higher level than the rest of your team, use Common Candies to level it down to the level of the mon you traded off. Dupes Clause: If you obtain a duplicate Pokémon from Wonder Trade, you may wonder trade it back off. This does NOT apply to normal captures. If one of your Pokemon faints it is considered dead and needs to be released or permanently put into the PC. You may not keep your starter Pokémon. For an additional challenge, set Battle Style to set and don't use Potions and Revival items during battle. Optional: Nickname any Pokemon you trade off and any unnamed Pokemon you receive, but don't change the names of named mons you receive. Have you guys tried out a Reborn Wonderlocke yet?
