I got the prize for the first one (after losing my mind, as per usual with this game), but now I want to help with the other projects. I thought obtaining the prize would help, but they still tell you to wait. Also, do they all give you good Pokemon? I'm curious what the prize for the other two are. Improve Housing: Goomy, Finish magma gang line (which gets you a Charmander and Choice band). Azurine Island Center: Chikarita, Bulbasaur, Pinsir/Heracross. Railnet: I think it just opens up the railway system? There was a also a guy who would trade an egg for a probapass but I didn't check what it was before resetting. Expand Reveal hidden contents About the railnet, from what I saw, no. To my knowledge all it does is transfer you around Reborn City which is frankly redundant becasue of fly.
