[Spoiler] Dark Item

So i found this item called ''Dark Material'' and i can't figure out the purpose of it. One can be found at the end of a sidequestline (i think) and the other Iolia Valley. Does anyone know if it's useable in this episode?

Description says: ''A fragment of pitch-dark energy''

This strange little item as in fact no known purpose yet, except for being sold 15000p$.

 

But it could be useful for a later episode, so you should keep it, just in case.
