(if yes, then how to get it.? ) 2) Is Rock Climb usable in Ep.16? 3) what are they dead bodies underwater in Hidden cove / Belsrose Manse.? Got it from some fisherman (surprise)... It might have been the one in Tanzan Cove but I'm not completely sure. 2) Nope. 3) Those are bodies of Meteors killed by Saphira's Dragonite several episodes ago.
