Odybld Posted December 13, 2016 Share Posted December 13, 2016 First, Terra is the multi-coloured Ground gym leader. Simon's partner is Tara. Second, the sidequest starts in previous episodes in the Meteor Base and then the Beryl Cemetary. You can take it off into E16 terrirory from there, should be pretty obvious.
