I'm not sure, but i think the tutor that teaches last 4 moves becomes available only after Adrienn

That might be true, I didn't go there before beating Adrienn so I don't know.

There is also a new tutor in 7th street, with a prerequesite quest to be done in ep 15, aqua tail and giga drain and a few other moves I will edit once I go back there !

I thought this was axed from ep 16 and will be availbale in ep 17.

Also, there's another move tutor unlocked after defeating Adrienn (the NPC on the top left side of the Peridot bazaar/whatevertheycallit) but I'm not sure if he's the only one unlocked after that.
