Choice Band [spoilers]

So I've heard Choice Band is obtainable only via getting jobs for the Magma Gang. That said, as a person who chose the Aqua Gang does that mean I can't get it? I've heard that stealing it from the circus is the only way to get it otherwise, but even then I'm not so sure on how that works. Can someone enlighten me on this?

Aqua gives the Specs while Magma gives the Band. I traded my Specs for someone else's Band. You could try doing the same if you want a Band.
