"The audience gives a round of applause..."

 

- All sound-based damaging moves will have 2x increase in power with random effects:

 

"ADAGIO!" - Makes the move lowers speed by one stage

 

"ALTO!" - Makes the move lower Sp.Atk or Sp.Def by one stage

 

"CRESCENDO!" -  Makes the move lower Attack or Defense by one stage

 

The following moves have increased effect

 

Confide, Parting Shot, Screech, Metal Sound, Noble Roar, Growl

 

The following moves will hit all foes

 

Supersonic, Screech, Metal Sound, Uproar, Round, Snore

 

The following moves will hit ADJACENT foes

 

Grass Whistle, Sing

 

The following moves will also affect adjacent allies

 

Noble Roar

 

The Follwoing moves will also deal steel, psychic, ghost or normal type damage

 

Roar, Parting Shot, Heal Bell, Supersonic

 

If the move Round was used, the field will attack the targets on the next turn with Round, activating the +120 power

 

- If the move Echoed Voice was used, the field will keep using Echoed Voice at the targets until max damage has been reached

 

- Soundproof pokemon will take 50% less damage instead

*    The length of Encore's effect is doubled.
*    The stat-changing effect of these moves is amplified:
        Dragon Dance        Quiver Dance        Swords Dance        Feather Dance
*    The base accuracy of these moves becomes 100:
        Sing
*    The effect of Rain Dance lasts 8 turns
*    The move Belly Drum increases Defense and Sp. Def by 1 stage each
*    Nature Power becomes Acrobatics
*    Camouflage changes the user's type to Normal
*    Secret Power may lower Special Defense

The regular cave field also strengthens some sound-based moves, with the mention "ECHO-ECHO-ECHO!"

 

Your idea is really cool though. There isn't an actual field dedicated entirely to music and sounds. It could be cool to have Hardy use it since he's a musician, although I don't know how he could make good use of it with his rock types.
