0 Tartar Posted December 20, 2016 Share Posted December 20, 2016 It's found in Azurine Lake, more specifically Kingsbury 33, which can be accessed from the Area surrounding the Cave with the chilling wind North-East of Apophyl Academy. You will have to search around the area for keys, to access this house. Once in the house, you need to interact with the top left part of the northern wall, and you will get messages where a Mudkip asks you for an antidote. Give it to it, and it will join you.
