Stuck in the jungle. Help! [E16 spoiler, maybe]

Hi,

 

For some reason I cannot go further down in this cave. It's like there's and invisible rock or wall right in front of me and I can't get past it... Is this a bug? I'm loosing my mind..

It's part of a quest. Try interacting with it.

You can do the quest as long as you've completed the main storyline (specifically devon corp)

It says something invisible is in the way.. Now I-m finding them through the whole ward, but no one I talk with seem to acknowledge it.. 

 

Where do I go now? I think I don't have patience for this "just look around/trial and error" side of reborn haha.. Like I feel anywhere in the whole game could be a good guess to where to go next and who to talk to.. since no one in this ward seems to be the answer.. I tried the cave in the cementery, but its blocked also..
