weather Drifloon Event in e16?

I've logged 425 hours of play since the game came out, and still haven't had a windy day for the drifloon event.  I tried some basic date manipulation, but didn't seem to have any luck.  Is there ANY way to re-roll weather without using cheat engine so I can continue the game without losing access to the top floor of the department store?

I've been having the same luck with wind. Maybe you could use Ep15 and manipulate the date to get it? I haven't tried this myself but it could work.

Well this might sound weird, but when I was playing on the community release and I encountered the Drifloon in rainy weather. So maybe they changed the encounter from windy weather to rainy weather maybe?

Well I haven't had rain in the past three weeks either.... but you know that's nice to know

You know, I have 61 hours of game play and like only one day was sunny. All other days were rainy.

I heard you can manipulate weather in episode 15? Why don't you try that.
