Event Pokémon and TMX

I am making a run of this game in which I only use event pokemon, such as Pachirisu, Litleo, skitty and Drifloon. I wanted to know how many event pokemon are there in the game which can learn fly? because the only one I have so far is a hawlucha I had to catch for the sole purpose of not being stuck when you need to learn fly to advance the game. Thank you all very much.

Uh.... I wanna say 3. Drifloon should learn it, Hawlucha obviously and any Egg-event pokes you get. 

 

You'd need a list of E16 pokemon and to my knowledge there isn't one with details yet.

Drifblim can learn Fly. So can Flygon, if you count traded mons as event mons. These are the only examples I can think of right now.

Traded mons from NPCs and Fossil Mons count as event mons (Even though only the first time you ressurrect one of such species), so do mons from Puzzles.

I believe tropius is an event mon, which you can get pretty early. Tropius is pretty much the best HM Slave there is cause it can learn almost al HM's + flash. However, you dont need a HM slave in Reborn but i often have this mon with me. (cause i dont use fly on my rotation mons)

Also, Tropius if epic to use as a normal pokemon

Sunny day, got it, I currently have an Archeops with Fly
