bellsprout problems

Im currently inside the Rhodochrine Jungle cannot seem to come across Bellsprout dose time of day effect him or what ? 

been looking for couple of hours i found one just after the first Tangrowth encounter i looked around there after the first one for few hours and got no more,so ive come to this place and im having the same issues

ive been trying morning cause the first encounter of one was then

 I'm not sure if you can find bellsprouts in rhodochrine jungle but I'm definitely sure they can be found in the garden at obsidia ward. Just to be sure, look for them there on daylight.

thanks man i will have a look dex said it was here aswell thought i might be able to find a better lvl one
