is Klink (in the obsidia railnet) a rare encounter in the railnet itself or in the woobat shadows?

basically title. the encounter chance is so low that I could farm for ages and not find it, so which is correct to farm?

You'll never find them in Woobat shadows. They are very specifically programmed encounters, similar to events.

 

In any case, when you're looking for Klink, be sure to check from the Railnet entrance in Obsidia (near the Pokémon Center). Not the one after going under the Opal Bridge. It's not particularly rare, either. Noibat is more common, but you should still find some Klink pretty easily.

ok, I was just confused for a while about whether klink appeared in the railnet (near daycare) proper or in a shadow, esp. since Suddenly Klinkang.
