Okay, so I got a goomy and I trained it so it can become a goodra. It's still a sliggoo right now, past level 50, and it won't evolve. I keep setting up the rain before it levels up, but at the end of the battle, it doesn't evolve. (Btw, I don't know if this is supposed to be here, so tell me where to post that if it's the wrong place)

it must be rain in the overworld, rain dance doesnt evolve it
