Sweet Power Baby
I think the universe is maybe telling me I shouldn't get a computer yet, but I'm sure I can have one later if not super soon. I know Reborn is demanding no matter the computer, but I'm hoping to find a computer that isn't high-end, but will still run the game full speed. I've googled a lot, and it's hard to find computer advice on one single pokemon fan game that is updated regularly anyhow. Maybe some people here know some not-too-pricey computer examples from testing or knowledge of the game? Thankie! <3 c:
HongaarseBeer
Is Reborn demanding?? Since when? Anyway, on topic: you might want to consider building one yourself. That doesn't have to be expensive and you can fully equip/assemble it to your liking. Plus, it's very easy. (all this assuming you want a pc, not a laptop)

(all this assuming you want a pc, not a laptop) Reborn actually has minor lagging issues on bigger computers 'cause the programming it runs on is bulky. On the wrong computer, Reborn can have serious lag issues or barely run at all. cx I've never built a pc before, but I can try it as long as it doesn't add up to $200+ when all I really need the computer for right now is internet and playing 2D games like Reborn. Oh, I didn't know that. But with 200$, it will be difficult to buy or build any pc if I'm being completely honest. You could try to get a second-hand one maybe? One that's still reasonably new, but a lot less expensive than a brand new one. Plus, what you can then do, is ask the seller if he/she is okay with you trying it out first. You can then quickly install Reborn to see how it runs on that pc.
Dark Desire
you could get away with a pre-built pc but you might still find performance issues with a budget of $200 since lower end pre-built pcs are basically trash cans i'll edit this later if i can come up with a decent and budget pc build for you, and building a pc isn't hard at all https://pcpartpicker.com/list/8bBVf8 here's what I came up with, it's ~$230 but you're getting intel hd 510 graphics which should be fine for reborn and other 2d games along with 4gb of ram; this is not including a copy of windows though what I want to know is what are your current pc's specs are, cpu, gpu, and how many gb of ram? She doesn't have a computer right now. I think the last time she had a computer was in 2015. (I know this because I've known her since October 2013)

Thanks for doing this! Maybe someday in not too long, I could get this exact build. It's more than worth it. c: Yea, I wish I did have a system to compare. The phone I'm using is inhereted from somebody who cracked the screen. My best base is a tablet with an old external keyboard attached. cx

You could also take an AMD-CPU, even though they're inferior to Intel's according to many. AMD cpu's are a lot cheaper, so you could probably get a better performing cpu for that same price. And motherboard goes for the same price I assume. For the copy of windows: I built my pc last summer and I bought a windows 10 professional key for approx. 30 euros at kinguin.net or something like that. And of course, you would need a keyboard and mouse, but you can just get them for cheap Edited January 3, 2017 by HongaarseBeer97

For everything, it would probably be only $250 or so considering one of my old usb keyboards and a mouse already here should communicate with it. c:

I'm sure you can end up with a decent pc!
