I just defeated the Fairy gym, and now I'm done with the main story for now, so I went out to finish some leftover quests. I went to the grand hall to open up the new Slums area by instantly paying the full price(I don't even know where I got all that money from, or is that a bug of some sorts?). After going there and receiving my application for Maxwell, I also got a GUM key, but I don't know what to use it for. Also, when I went back to the Grand Hall and tried to talk to the person again for buying other places, I was told to wait for it. Is there a time limit on it before I can buy the next piece? Should I just wait for this?
