superbutt199 Posted January 14, 2017 Share Posted January 14, 2017 Let's say i put a power item on a pokemon to breed and it levels up 20 times it will get less speed then normal but if i give him 20common candies and take the power item off and i level him to lvl20 again does the speed stay the same as before or is it more?
