All these locked doors...

For some reason I find it really annoying and frustrating that there are so many houses with locked doors. There's a locked house in Beryl, Lapis and Coral Ward. There are also numerous locked doors inside houses/apartments or doors 'guarded' by receptionists. Although I've unlocked a lot of them, also many houses underwater remain closed. Does anyone know the location of the key for any of these doors?

Some of the 'underwaterhouses' can't be opened this episode

 

The locked houses in Coral, Beryl and Lapis can be opened if you choose to renovate the underground railnet. These houses are some of the stations

 

Most of the houses with receptionists can't be entered either. You just have to wait till the next episode

Some houses are meant to be train stations later on, after finishing Railway restoration project. A lot of underwater houses dont have matching key so far. Maybe in the next episodes we shall find more of them. About those ''admitance for the tenants only'' houses - I believe this is a way to show that city lives? Actualy, in most of them we find some events or so, so they arent totaly useless. It is better to put there a receptionist, instead of barely furnitured room with no visible way further, just serving as an event scene, I guess.7

Thanks for your help! A little question concerning the houses that open with the renovation of the underground railnet: If you chose to renovate for example the slums, can you still renovate the two other building too or is this for an other episode then?

It's for another episode (at least for me)
