0 Maltor Posted January 30, 2017 Share Posted January 30, 2017 It's accesible on E16, after you beat Ciel... you get it in a cave near Apophyll, and need Dive to get to that cave (and Waterfall to reach the item inside the cave). It's also where you find the Audinite, but you need a pokemon with Blizzard.
