What HM / Field moves are required during the game?

So far, I have Cut, Rock Smash, Strength and Headbutt. But I've seen people use Flash too and I've seen some climbable rocks. Can someone tell me all the HMs and Field Moves such as Headbutt and Flash that are needed during the game? Just to prepare my slaves. 

 

I couldn't find a thread with this information, but if there is one please link it.

As of ep 16, there is also surf, dive, and waterfall.  Rock climb will come eventually.  Fly is only absolutely nessessary to go from episode 15 content to episode 16 content (you'll see once you get there).  Flash (tm 70) just helps out a little in a few optional caves, so it's not nessessary for story progression.  Headbutt is just for catching certain Pokemon.
