I want to start the jobs assignment sidequest, but I can't "start" it - I know that I'm supposed to find my gang (Aqua) leader first and talk to him, but he is nowhere to be found, even on the 7th street. Can somebody tell me where to look for him? Also on some YT video I noticed, that the guy who was playing could walk into the first house you pass after you enter Lapis Ward (the one near the lady and her sick husband) - where can I find the key/what is required to enter that building?
