Combat Posted February 11, 2017 Share Posted February 11, 2017 Ah, alright. You should be able to help this guy. He requires a key that allows you to access the inner parts of the power plant. As I recall, the key can be found... In the waste lands somewhere. I'm not 100% sure on the location, but you can complete this quest.
