I really want to play with a Sludge Bomb Budew, but I'm not into breeding yet (too time consuming atm) and I'm aware that the TM is not (yet?) in the game. Does anyone have a spare Sludge Bomb Budew laying around? Animefan666 Posted February 14, 2017 Share Posted February 14, 2017 According to Bulbapedia, Serebii and pokemondb, Budew can't learn Sludge Bomb through breeding and I believe we're at the point that TM moves aren't passed on through breeding.
