Farnsworth
For Gastly and Budew train them with 252 sp. attack and 252 speed EVs. For Goomy give it 252 sp. attack EVs and then either 252 speed or 252 HP depending if you want to make it tanky or fast. For movesets Budew is fine, gastly needs Sludge Wave (I think Gengar can learn it), Shadow Ball, Dazzling Gleam and you can also give it Giga Drain if you want. Goomy can have Dragon Pulse, Flamethrower, Sludge Wave and Muddy Water you can also give it an Assault Vest to make it very tanky on the special side. It helps you what EV to train, what moves to breed, and nature or ability to used.
Animefan666
Unfortunately, Gengar can't learn Sludge Wave. Your best alternative would most likely be Venoshock. Edited February 19, 2017 by Animefan666
