It's like asking which eeveelution you should go for, for a single eevee; it pretty much depends on the case. I'm a fan of both Gallade and Gardevoir, so i'd look at it's IV's and nature. If you have a lot of special attackers, you might want to go for Gallade because he is more physical. If it's the other way around, you might want to go with Gardevoir. Also, take into consideration the spread of your types and try to decide your choice based on that. And it has Good HP, Def, Speed In 7th Street, you can change its nature at the psychologist for one Heart Scale (the only building with a sign in front of it) and its ability by purchasing an Ability Capsule (costs Shards) from the vendor north of the Magma Gang entrance or south of the Aqua Gang Entrance.
