It even comes prepackaged with Dragon Dance. It's also a female. If you are interested, do you have a spare Sigilyph or can you breed one? IV's don't matter. On the off chance you reconsider the IV's , I do have a 5IV available, but I understand perfectly well wanting to do your own work.
