K_H
@Holyknight, I'd say that you broke a few of the same Eeveelution Rules that i did before i fixed the Stats, as well as a few other rules... here's the link to the Blubapedia Page: http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Eeveelution [EDIT]: Hmm... another Fakemon came to mind while overviewing the old Stats for Souleon... but it isn't an Eeveelution. (Yes, it's another Ghost Type.) Edited July 9, 2014 by K_H

Alilatias
Hmm, seems fun. I had an idea for a cloud-themed Pokemon line, starting with a basic Pokemon that can evolve into one of three others based on weather and geography. Really bad with names though, so I'm not going to try naming them. I'm not sure what they should look like either. I couldn't really decide whether I wanted them to be a primarily Flying, Water, or Fairy line. I figured we had enough Flying and Water types though. I also haven't come up with a TM/HM list for these Pokemon yet... Pokemon #1: Based on a basic Cumulus cloud.- Type: Fairy- Abilities: Aerilate, Cloud Nine, or Pixilate Stat spread: 50/30/45/55/55/35 (270) Level-up moves: - Lv. --: Fairy Wind- Lv. --: Haze- Lv. 7: Gust - Lv. 11: Echoed Voice - Lv. 15: Whirlwind - Lv. 19: Sweet Kiss - Lv. 24: Air Slash - Lv. 27: Mist - Lv. 30: Weather Ball - Lv. 33: Misty Terrain - Lv. 37: Ominous Wind - Lv. 37: Tailwind- Lv. 41: Dazzling Gleam - Lv. 45: Hurricane (One thing to note is that Aerilate would, in theory, power up Weather Ball and then give it dual Flying/weather typing. Evolved Pokemon may not be able to learn Misty Terrain, Ominous Wind, Tailwind, and Hurricane naturally as well.) Pokemon #2: Based on a Cirrus cloud, the wispy ones high in the atmosphere. - Evolution method: Level 27 or above in Hail. - Type: Fairy/Ice - Abilities: Snow Cloak, Snow Warning, or Levitate Stat spread: 70/40/60/95/60/115 (440) Level-up moves: - Lv. --: Hail - Lv. --: Sheer Cold - Lv. --: Fairy Wind- Lv. --: Haze- Lv. 7: Gust - Lv. 11: Echoed Voice - Lv. 15: Whirlwind - Lv. 19: Sweet Kiss - Lv. 24: Air Slash - Lv. 27: Mist - Lv. 30: Weather Ball - Lv. 30: Hail - Lv. 34: Icy Wind- Lv. 39: Aurora Beam - Lv. 45: Freeze-Dry - Lv. 50: Dazzling Gleam - Lv. 58: Hurricane - Lv. 65: Blizzard (Basically a fragile glass cannon of sorts, not built to take any hits at all. Rock, Fire, and Steel types will ruin this Pokemon's day in an instant, but in turn... This Pokemon has amazing type coverage. Fairy covers Dark, Dragon, and Fighting, while Ice covers Grass, Ground, Dragon, Flying, and Freeze-Dry deals with Water.) Pokemon #3: Based on a Cumulonimbus cloud.- Evolution method: Level 27 or above in Rain. - Type: Fairy/Electric - Abilities: Storm Drain, Drizzle, or Lightningrod Stat spread: 85/40/80/90/105/50 (450) Level-up moves: - Lv. --: Rain Dance - Lv. --: Electrify - Lv. --: Fairy Wind- Lv. --: Haze- Lv. 7: Gust - Lv. 11: Echoed Voice - Lv. 15: Whirlwind - Lv. 19: Sweet Kiss - Lv. 24: Air Slash - Lv. 27: Mist - Lv. 30: Weather Ball - Lv. 30: Rain Dance- Lv. 34: Discharge - Lv. 43: Thunder Wave - Lv. 50: Dazzling Gleam - Lv. 58: Hurricane - Lv. 65: Thunder (Basically a special Electric tank. I thought about giving this Pokemon Levitate instead of Lightningrod, but that would most likely make it straight up broken. Great for Rain Dance teams. Electrify + Lightning Rod could work very well with Tailwind or Trick Room teams, but this Pokemon won't be able to set up either by itself, unless it learned Tailwind from the first evolution.) Pokemon #4: Based on low lying Stratus clouds. - Evolution method: Level 27 or above while surfing in clear weather. - Type: Fairy/Flying - Abilities: Aerilate, Cloud Nine, or Pixilate Stat spread: 110/40/85/85/85/35 (440) Level-up moves: - Lv. --: Hail - Lv. --: Rain Dance - Lv. --: Sunny Day - Lv. --: Fairy Wind - Lv. --: Haze- Lv. 7: Gust - Lv. 11: Echoed Voice - Lv. 15: Whirlwind - Lv. 19: Sweet Kiss - Lv. 24: Air Slash - Lv. 28: Mist - Lv. 30: Weather Ball - Lv. 30: Hail - Lv. 30: Rain Dance - Lv. 30: Sunny Day - Lv. 34: Safeguard - Lv. 39: Reflect - Lv. 45: Tailwind - Lv. 50: Dazzling Gleam - Lv. 56: Light Screen - Lv. 65: Hurricane (A direct upgrade from the pre-evolution, this Pokemon takes on an overall balanced defensive role, with very niche attacking options (it only learns one new attacking move between Level 30 and 57!). It's a jack of all trades weather-wise, but unlike the other two evolutions, it doesn't have an ability that summons weather automatically. There might be minor issues when using Hail as well, this Pokemon would still take damage every turn. One thing to note is that Aerilate and Pixilate would, in theory, power up Weather Ball and then give it dual Flying/weather typing or Fairy/weather typing, with STAB bonus on top of that.)
