Global Mods Ice Cream Sand Witch Posted March 17, 2017 Global Mods Share Posted March 17, 2017 I didn't know you had to talk to Simon first, but I do know that in order to activate this quest you needed to have refused Blake every time he asks for the Ruby Ring.
