I heard Excadrill was available on Tanzan Mountain. Where is it exactly?

I found Drilbur after restoring reborn. I went to the tanzan hideout (the big mansion), surfed south and reached a small patch of land with a cave entrance. Inside there, i think there was also a rock climb spot. While farming randomly just to see what pokemon would jump on me, i found two Drilbur. But they were rare. 50+ level, basically, so you need one or two rare candies only.

 

I think there might be a possibility for its evolution to be there, too, but it can be a pretty rare, extremely rare, almost unlikely to ever encounter even once, case... Just like Donphan and Beartic in first time you enter the cave south of Shade's gym (they are extremely very rare to encounter and need certain tactics, like using repel and overworld pokemon abilities for meeting higher level pokemon).
